Refund policy

We offer a 120-day return policy. This means you have 120 days after receiving your order to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. For digital photo frames, all included accessories, such as the power adapter, stand, manuals, and packaging materials, should be returned with the product.

You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return address and any required shipping label information.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product quality issue, damage, defect, missing accessories, or if you received the wrong item, Picrora will cover the return shipping cost. Where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or other return shipping instructions.

If the return is due to customer preference, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

4. Sale and Discounted Items

Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and items purchased with a coupon are eligible for the same 120-day return policy as regular-priced items, as long as they meet the return eligibility requirements above and remain suitable for resale.

5. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, missing accessories, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@picroraframes.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

After review, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no additional shipping cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are digital photo frames and related accessories, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered:

Personalized or custom-made products, such as customized digital photo frames, custom name stickers, custom UV transfer decals, or other products made according to your specific request.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@picroraframes.com. We will help you choose the best option based on your order status and product availability.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
