Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Picrora, operated by Sanroll Limited. We are committed to providing clear shipping information for our digital photo frames before you place an order.

1. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $50.00 USD, the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Time and Total Delivery Time

Standard Shipping transit time is 10-14 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Total delivery time is 12-17 business days after the order is placed. This includes 2-3 business days for order processing plus 10-14 business days for shipping transit.

4. Fulfillment and Warehouse Location

To ensure quality control and direct factory-to-door pricing, orders are fulfilled from our international fulfillment center in Asia (China).

5. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

The price shown at checkout includes the product price, applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees for the delivery destination selected at checkout.

Customers will not be charged additional customs duties, import taxes, or carrier collection fees when receiving the package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to Brazil or to regions currently affected by war, conflict, or extreme civil unrest.

If an order is accidentally placed for a restricted region, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or resend the item at no additional cost to you.

Damaged on Arrival: If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us at info@picroraframes.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.

8. Shipping Address Corrections

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@picroraframes.com.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, we will actively assist by contacting the carrier to request an address correction, delivery intercept, or return where available.

If a package cannot be delivered or recovered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, our support team will review the situation with you and may offer a discounted replacement shipment.
